Noom Med tirzepatide review

Behaviour change alongside medication. What is actually dispensed, how the prescription works, and what the price really is — $149 a month.

Disclosure: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It does not buy a better score, a higher ranking, or the removal of any criticism. The scoring rubric and the full disclosure are both published.

Noom treats the medication as an adjunct to behaviour change rather than the main intervention, which is a legitimate clinical position and a very different product from everything else here.

Noom Med starts at $149 a month. A separate "microdose" programme starts at $79 with medication included — and microdosing means deliberately sub-therapeutic doses, below the levels used in the trials that produced the published weight-loss figures.

What is actually supplied

Two distinct offerings. The microdose tier supplies genuine medication at low doses with biomarker monitoring alongside. The standard tier covers conventional dosing. Comparing the $79 figure against full-dose programmes is comparing two different treatments.

How the prescription works

The coaching apparatus is the best in this comparison and the reason to be here. Cancellation is straightforward, which is not universal.

Behaviour-change app with a clinical arm. Sells a conventional GLP-1 programme and a lower-dose "microdose" programme with medication included.

Reading the price

About $1,788 a year for the standard programme, roughly $948 for the microdose tier.

Availability by dose varies; the microdose programme is not full-dose therapy.

What we verified

  • Noom Med listed from $149/month.
  • Microdose GLP-1Rx programme listed from $79/month with medication included.
  • Programme pairs low-dose medication with biomarker monitoring and coaching.

Checked 2026-09-18. Pricing here changes frequently; treat anything older than a month as a starting point rather than a quote.

Strengths

  • The coaching is the actual product here and it is well built.
  • Medication is included in the microdose tier rather than billed separately.
  • Straightforward cancellation.

Drawbacks

  • Microdosing is not equivalent to the doses used in the trials people have read about.
  • Full-dose therapy costs the same as competitors without the price advantage.

Important. A $79 microdose programme is not the same treatment as 10 mg tirzepatide. Check the dose before comparing on price.

How it scored
